Wizz Air is one of the European low-cost carriers which focuses on Central-Eastern Europe. And that’s amazing since there aren’t many carriers which offer great fares for flights departing countries such as Romania.
Wizz Air offers flights from Bucharest, Targu Mures and Cluj-Napoca into some European cities. As of June 26, 2010 new flights will be available from Romania to Cuneo/Turin, Weeze/Dusseldorf and Zaragoza from Bucharest and to Weeze/Dusseldorf and Zaragoza from Cluj Napoca.
All inclusive one-way rates start at 90 RON (€22*) for the flights from Bucharest to Cuneo/Turin and Weeze/Dusseldorf. The flights from Bucharest to Zaragoza start at 140 RON (€34).
Wizz Air will also increase the frequency of flights from Bucharest to Barcelona, London Luton and Venice Treviso. Fares start at 90 RON (€22) for the flights to Italy, 180 RON (€44) for the flights to UK and 140 RON (€34) for the flights to Spain.
