Apartments in Paris with PV-Holidays
Have you ever wanted to visit Paris? Have you looked up hotels and decided they are too expensive? It happened to all of us! But have you ever considered renting an apartment for your vacation? Especially when traveling with a group of friends, renting an apartment is the cheapest and most relaxing way to spend a vacation. And you can find affordable apartments in Paris with PV-Holidays.
Apartments vs hotels vs hostels
Paris is one of those cities where you need to re-define your idea of “cheap”. Hotels in Paris aren’t cheap even during the “off” season – as there is no off season. The city is so popular among tourists that there aren’t too many reasons to lower the prices. Needless to say that if you attempt to find something affordable near the city center, you’ll have a shock.
Then there are the hostels in Paris , which are cheap, if you want to stay in dorms. Things change when you look up a private room as the prices aren’t exactly the cheapest. And the best rated a hostel is, the higher the prices will be. A double room in a hostel located quite close to the sites costs €61.50 per night (in mid-November)….that’s €430.50 per week for 2 persons!!!
Enter the apartments! You can stay for 7 nights in an apartment for 2 persons and pay €119. All apartments have fully equipped kitchenette, AC, bathroom with bath tub, flat screen TV, phone and wi-fi.
Other costs
You need to consider that airfare to Paris is not included in the price. And if you plan to rent a car in Paris, you also need to pay for parking (which at some apartments is free, while at others it may cost up to €60 per week).
Then you need to consider the cost of catering for yourself or eating out in Paris. Both can be tackled on a low budget though.
And you have to factor the price of transportation, whether you choose to rent a car or use the public transportation system.
