It’s nice that the fine people at Isango have put together some good trips for those of us who get bored watching waves come in and go out all day. They have really good deals to Thailand and other parts of Southeast Asia. One great thing is that when you get to that part of the world, almost everything is so cheap that you can live like a king.
In order to have a really good holiday you need more than just cheap tickets. You’ve got to have some kind of plan for what you’ll do once you get to your destination. These culture tours do an excellent job of that, and of course then tend to go to places that have limitless options anyway. Did you know in Bangkok they have a temple called Wat Pho? It’s funnier for Americans than Brits, but it’s still a good laugh if you’ve had a drink or two before you go. There’s no bar at the Wat Pho temple, in case you were wondering.
