They’ve sorted out the best last-minute deals to their top 10 destinations, but they’ve got plenty more where that came from. At least alphabetically speaking, their number one destination is Amsterdam. Regular readers of this column know all too well how fond I am of that town.
Whenever people talk about Amsterdam the first thing they always mention is the Anne Frank House, but there is more to it than that, people! There’s also the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum as well. Why do people get so crazy about Anne Frank? I honestly think it’s rude to read someone else’s diary, even if their father gave you permission and sold the publishing rights to companies around the world. I also know many of the girls in the Red Light District and the people working at the coffeeshops agree with me on this, so they don’t quite get the obsession with the Anne Frank House either.
