If you know where you want to go this is worth a look, but if you aren’t sure where your holiday will be this is a must: Fancy a quality holiday?
Simply Travel’s tag line is “Hand picked properties off the beaten track…” and that is really appealing to those of us who’ve had enough holidays to the same usual locations. For example, they currently have some really good offers to Marrakech, Morocco. Have you been there yet? I have and it’s quite amazing, but there are dozens of places on the Simply Travel list that I’ve yet to explore.
Sicily is on the list, so getting a cheap hotel room down there will save you from having to book into one of the Italy hostels full of hacky sack-playing, clown pants-wearing, hippie backpackers I always run into at those places, and several Turkish beach areas have made it too. I haven’t been to any of those places though I’d love to see all of them. Oh, and I know, I got a lot of complaints last time when I suggested that Simply Travel was affiliated with Simply Red, and it turns out I was wrong. The names are so similar you can hardly blame me. And Mick Hucknall has done so much traveling in the band that I assumed he’d used his expertise to set this business up. I’m still not convinced he’s not involved, but for now, I apologize Mick.
