If you’re a business traveler, or someone that’s on the road a considerable amount of time, then ExpertFlyer is a site you can’t miss.
Although you have to pay for its services ($5 or $10 a month, depending on your package), ExpertFlyer can pay for itself almost immediately with one flight.
What this site offers is access to the same information travel agents have - such as prices, available seats, mileage award options, etc.
The traveler can go online and get this information quickly - without being put on hold, overcharged by the travel agents, or paying extra fees. Then, armed with the info, he or she can call up his or her agent - or go online, or head to the airport, or whatever - knowing exactly how much they should expect to pay for an upgrade, how many people are waiting to get on another flight, or any other important information.
It’s not often that a site comes around that does something totally new - but we’re pretty darn impressed.
