The Lao Cai International Hotel is beautifully located along the Song Hong (Red River) and overlooks the Chinese town of Hekou. The Red River is the longest river linking the southwest provinces of China with Vietnam's northwest provinces.
It is the only luxury hotel in the area, opened on the 1st January 2003 and built with a combination of Malaysian architecture and Vietnamese interior design.
