We pride ourselves on running a top notch hostel, (we've been doing it for 30 years!). The hostel is a warm and friendly 'home' which is quiet, (so you can get some sleep!) and yet seconds from the best nightlife in Sydney. Fantastic bars, live music venues, cheap restaurants, cinemas and a youthful community based around students, (Sydney University & the school for Dramatic Arts are just around the corner) are all nearby. There is also an eclectic mix of musicians and artists. All this makes Newtown the happening place to be.
Billabong Gardens is a 5-backpack hostel. That means you get the cleanest rooms with the best facilities. We also have amazing weekly rates to help you save even more.
