Balmain Mansions – Book your bed
We provide shared student accommodation in a large 12-bedroom heritage listed house in Balmain. Rooms are for 3 people, while we doubles also. Rooms are large with wardrobe and clothes hanging space and some rooms with balcony.
We are only 4 minutes from Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour by bus and 10 minutes by bus to the university. When you aren’t in the city centre you can chill out in our spacious gardens. We also have a BBQ area (undercover in case it rains) and an area to read.
There is free satellite television in the communal lounge and when you want to cook for yourself there is a self catering communal kitchen.
There is no bond but we require 1 weeks rent as security deposit which is refundable at end of stay. There is also a minimum stay of one month.
