This is a very nice, bright, shared flat in Barcelona Centre, just within 8 minutes walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, the Port and the beach.
It is very well connected thru the L2 and L3 metro lines going to Plaza Catalunya, Sants Train Station, Plaza España (all connect to the Airport bus service) and the Sagrada Familia Gaudi Cathedral. Nearby is the cable car connecting to the top of Parque Montjuic and the Olimpic Stadium area.
The flat is newly renovated and has a large living room and cooking facilities available. The larger room features a small balcony with lots of sunlight during the morning. Both rooms feature large double beds.
There are several areas good for nightlife near the flat including Las Ramblas, Plaza Real, and the Maremagnum complex at the port.
Free laundry use is included.
