Apt 1 is a 140 m2 flat that is just 20 minutes walk from the Rambla and 20 minutes bus ride from the beach. The best thing about the apartment is that it is a beautiful,clean and quite.Also, it is just 5 minutes away are two underground stations, and 1 minute from the bus stop.
Situated on the 6th floor of this building (don’t worry – there is an elevator), the apartment has 4 bedrooms. Two of these are doubles and two are triples, our suite wich can sleep three has a private bathroom. the other three rooms share the other bathroom. They also have heating and fans.
There is a fully equipped kitchen which is perfect for when you want to cook for yourself instead of eating out.
