Surf Inn Taranaki – Book your bed
Surfinn is a surfer friendly hostel located on Surf Highway 45 in Taranaki, an area renowned for awesome surfing and windsurfing spots. Our 4.5 acre property is centrally located to Taranaki's 50km circular coast which is littered with fine point breaks and is offshore from N/W thru to S/W winds.
Surf glassy points, recharge at the hostel, then hit mast high waves on your windsurfer, relax a bit more and catch the evening glass off.
The hostel is situated on the Kaihihi River which babbles away next to your camp site. The BBQ areas and dorms are all under the serene beauty of Mount Taranaki, a cone shaped mountain which feeds our pristine rivers and supports the Egmont National Parks eco system.
There are 7 rooms in 2 houses and a dorm is underway. There is a hostel bar area which really goes off with Tuesday nights being Surfers night so you will meet the locals. Shops are 400 metres away.
