Bay Adventurer – Book your bed
Welcome to the Bay Adventurer, the newest quality backpackers in the Bay of Islands which opened in December 2001.
The hostel features 13 rooms - dorms sleeping six, dorms sleeping four, family rooms sleeping six, double rooms sleeping two couples and double rooms. Facilities include pool and spa, garden, BBQ, outside dining on large terrace, fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, large lounge, open fire, CD system, email and internet facilities, tennis courts available for guests and off-street parking.
On Paihia Beach, which is just 2 minutes walk away, you can go sunbathe, relax, swim, rent kayaks or begin a coastal walk.
Departing from Paihia wharf (4 minutes walk) are island drop offs, dolphin watching trips, sailing, diving, fishing, para sailing, hole-in-the-rock cruises and ferries to Russell.
Also nearby is Waitangi National Reserve, an 18-hole golf course, walking tracks and Haruru Falls.
