Saweni Beach Apartments/Hostel – Book your bed
A peaceful and secluded retreat for the independent traveller, SAWENI BEACH APARTMENT HOTEL is located on the only white sand beach in the Nadi/Lautoka area. The perfect place to get away from it all (note: we are NOT a party hostel!). Travellers looking for an alternative to staying in Nadi may prefer to spend their first or last nights at Saweni instead.
ACCOMMODATION
Saweni offers a choice of affordable accommodation: serviced self-contained apartments, dormitory accommodation, and campsites.
Apartments:
12 self-contained 1-bedroom apartments, each with ceiling fans and insect screens, lounge/dining area, kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator and utensils, private bathroom with solar hot water, and spacious verandah. Linen and maid service are provided.
Dormitory:
Our dormitory has ceiling fans and insect screens, a communal kitchen and bathrooms with solar hot water. Linens are provided. The best value budget/shared accommodation available anywhere, at the beach!
We offer home-style meals in our main building, and all apartments and other accommodations have kitchens/cooking facilities. We sell basic supplies in our mini-market (including beer and other alcoholic drinks), and there is a small store and local style restaurant by our front gate. You can also stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables and groceries in the local markets or supermarkets in Nadi or Lautoka.
There are many activities available in and around Nadi/Lautoka including:
--Abaca eco-tourism trek — highland villages, waterfalls, native rainforests, etc.
--Beachcomber Island Day Cruise — to the best known 'party' island in Fiji. ---Malamala Island Day Cruise to a private and uninhabited 6 acre island. Bula breakfast, an hour long cruise, free open bar on island, BBQ lunch, free snorkeling equipment, and other activities.
--Diving can be organized through a number of dive facilities. Check with reception
Our reception desk is open 7 am to 10 pm daily, but our resident staff will be able to check you in if you arrive after the reception has closed.
